With experience across multiple industries including tech, electric vehicles, energy infrastructure, aviation, and agriculture, Omar is an expert in international supply chain development and management. He specializes in new product introduction and supply chain architecture. 

Omar has an MBA from St. Ambrose University, a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Northern Iowa, a Critical Negotiations Certificate from the Harvard Law School Executive Education Program and he is a Certified Global Business Professional, CGBP.

Mat brings experience as a hands-on engineering leader from multiple start-ups and industrial conglomerates. He has developed best-in-class commercial trucks, passenger EV’s, consumer electronics and even modular housing. He has led diverse teams that included engineers, marketing leaders and finance executives. 

Mat is used to working quickly to achieve difficult goals with limited resources. He remains laser focused on the end goal and ensures successful delivery by focusing his teams on top priorities and removing roadblocks.
